Our clinics are designed to be Educational, Fun and Friendly.

 

It is a 3 part Clinic;

                                                                                                     1. Saddle Fit

                                                                                                      2..Equine Muscular System

                                                                                                      3. 3D Scanning

 

The goal of the clinic is to teach everyone attending to be able to do their own saddle fit with any saddle, on any horse at any time.

 

 They also will be taught how to address the Equine Muscular System regarding muscle trauma/ issues, such as locating inflammation, knots and spasms along with how to treat them.

 

The Equine Muscular System must be addressed to assure that there is no existing pain or issues due to ill-fitting saddles.  A new/better saddle will NOT eliminate the pain from previous saddles, So your horse cannot fully benefit.

 

In order to help people find a saddle to fit I created & designed a process using 3D scanning of the horse's back. An Impression of the horse’s back will be printed out once the scan is sent to the vendor.  The Impression will be shipped to the

person so they can take it to a tack store to properly fit a saddle to it since you cannot take your horse.  Also it can be given to a saddle manufacturer to have one made per the impression. This process will be explained during the clinic.

 

The host provides the demo horse and in return it  will receive the complimentary body work, saddle fit & scan (printing of impression cost is seperate).

 

The clinic duration is approximately 2 hrs long along with a Q & A session.

 

Attendees may schedule a private session with me after the clinic if they would like.

3.  Host advertises

4.  People must pre register with host

In order to make sure that we can make a difference in horses and their humans lives I have created a nonprofit called ‘The Spirit of Horse Foundation’. The Foundation offers a Sponsorship program to help cover the cost for someone who would like to attend or have the work done on their horse but is having Financial stress.

We do not want to see a horse or human not get the help or education that they need.  I just ask that the host is aware of the sincerity of the person so as not for this program to be taken advantage of.  Just be aware if someone communicates that they cannot attend due to the costs, that is usually the person worthy of a discount or the sponsorship.  The costs associated with this tour still need to be met so we look forward to many attendees at regular price,  and if anyone is interested in donating to help others they may do so directly on the website

This clinic will be on my ‘NY  to VT Tour’ and In order to make it possible and keep the costs down I will have the host ask for someone who would have availability to put me up for the night to avoid hotel costs.

 

I do prefer to stay in a clean and quiet environment and will also be willing to go for a trail ride if the occasion is offered.
